1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Shiqo. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we discover belong to users under 16.

2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use another person's identity.
• You may only hold one active account at a time.

3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shiqo only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
• Upload content depicting real violence, gore, or harm to persons or animals
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any individual or group
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Use the App for commercial solicitation without our written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Use automated bots to manipulate votes, rankings, or any game mechanics
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content moderation systems

4 Content Moderation and Violations

All uploaded photos are automatically screened for explicit content using Sightengine, an AI-powered content moderation service. Violations are handled progressively:

• 1st violation: Warning issued
• 2nd violation: Temporary ban (7 days)
• 3rd violation: Permanent ban

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for serious violations, including immediate permanent bans for illegal content.

5 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to Shiqo. By uploading content, you grant Shiqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have the right to grant this license.

6 Shiqo Coins and Virtual Currency

Shiqo Coins ("Coins") are a virtual currency within the App. The following rules apply:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are earned through gameplay (daily logins, battles, referrals) or purchased with real money
• Purchased Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• Coins are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other users
• We reserve the right to adjust coin balances if we detect fraud or abuse
• Unused Coins may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations

7 Prime Subscription

Shiqo Prime is a recurring subscription offering premium features.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process subscription refunds directly.
• Free Trials: Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Feature Changes: We may modify Prime features with reasonable notice. We will not remove core features mid-subscription without offering a pro-rated refund or extension.

8 Intellectual Property

The Shiqo name, logo, design, and all App code, graphics, and features (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Shiqo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shiqo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of coins.

11 Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the App is immediately revoked
• Your content may be removed
• Remaining Coins and Prime benefits are forfeited without refund (unless required by law)

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or in-app message at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
